Premium Membership – offers the most benefits, including access to additional rewards and enhanced member perks, plus first priority for new season ticket sales. Official Membership – the standard Membership option, including access to selected member benefits and ticket opportunities. Under 16 Membership – designed for younger supporters, with junior-focused benefits. Forwarding Membership – allows supporters to receive forwarded tickets from Season Ticket holders, but does not allow them to buy or apply for tickets. You can purchase Membership online by visiting https://tickets.manutd.com/memberships. From there, select the Membership type you would like to buy and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. If you do not already have an account, you will need to register before buying.

Forwarding Membership allows you to receive forwarded tickets at no extra cost, but does not allow you ticket access to purchase.

Forwarding members cannot buy or apply for tickets but can receive forwarded tickets from Season Ticket holders only.

Yes, you can upgrade by cancelling your existing Membership and purchasing a new Membership.

1. Log in to the site. If you have not created an account before, you will need to complete registration before you can purchase. Then select “Buy Now” under Under 16 Membership.

2. Use the red “Change” pencil icon to assign the Under 16 Membership to your child. You can use the “Search” or “Create” options, depending on whether they already have an account with us.

3. Once the Under 16 Membership is assigned to the child, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your purchase.

Membership packs should arrive to UK addresses within five days of the ‘Dispatched’ date, please allow up to 28 days for overseas delivery.

Follow the instructions displayed on manutd.com/packtrack to update your delivery address, we will arrange for your details to be updated and your pack to be released / resent.

It can take up to seven days for tracking details to show on the tracker, if it has been over this time please contact us so we can look into it further for you.

We aim to dispatch all packs when the season begins, around August. However, if you purchased your Membership and pack after August and purchased via Direct Debit, your Membership pack will begin to be prepared once payment is received (normally 2-3 weeks after purchase), there will be no tracking available until payment is received.

In the majority of cases a tracking number is available for overseas deliveries. The level of tracking available is dependent on the destination country and your postal service's relationship with Royal Mail. Please note that packs are not sent via courier.

We will need the initial pack to be returned from your old address, once received we can arrange for a Membership pack to be issued to your new address.

No signature is required and non-‘Under 16’ packs will fit through a standard letterbox. Due to their contents ‘Under 16’ Membership packs are larger and will need someone to accept delivery. If you are not home to accept delivery you can arrange to have the pack left in a safe place, at a neighbours or held at a sorting office for collection (this can be arranged via the communications Royal Mail will send you).

MUFC pay all VAT charges upfront using a system called IOSS meaning you should not be charged any additional VAT fees. The IOSS reference can be found on the mailing label for any packs sent overseas from November ‘21 and packs posted before November ‘21 have the IOSS reference within the barcode on the address label, once your local office has this reference and is aware that VAT is paid they should release the package and you will avoid paying any VAT charges.

Our 11-15 Under 16 merchandise pack includes a 'Red Devils' scarf - a classic supporter scarf in the club's iconic colours, a Manchester United crest keyring and an essential Manchester United boot bag. Premium merchandise Pack The Premium pack includes Manchester United branded gloves, a tech pouch, A5 notebook, pen, premium ribbed beanie, and crest pin badge.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details for the packs are up-to-date, this will ensure a successful delivery. Once this has been despatched, you will no longer be able to change this.

Your Membership benefits will kick in from 1 July every season. For Premium Memberships, keep an eye out on your registered email address for your United Store voucher. This will be sent out at least two weeks from your date of purchase.

The digital yearbook will be ready at the end of the season. Once this is ready, you will be sent a link to your digital yearbook to the email address linked to your account when you join.

Please log in to your online account, where you can update your personal details including address, contact details and payment information.

To update your payment card, please follow the instructions below once logged in:

1. Hover over your name in the top right-hand corner and select “Memberships”.

2. Select the Membership you wish to update the card for. Please note you can only select one at a time. Then select “Manage Auto Renewal”.

3. A page will pop up where you can select an existing card on your account from the drop-down menu, or select “+ Add New” to add a new card. Please note that in this section, you can also choose to update the card for other supporters you have a strong relationship with.

4. Select “OK” to save the changes.

To cancel your Membership, you will have to call +44 161 676 7770 and request for a cancellation. Please note, that any tickets held with your existing membership will have to be cancelled alongside your Membership and you will no longer have access to your benefits once your Membership is cancelled.

As a Premium, Official or Under-16 member, you receive exclusive access to Premier League home match tickets. Forwarding members cannot buy or apply for tickets, but can receive forwarded tickets from Season Ticket holders only.

Choose your matches: Visit our home game page to view the list of home matches on sale. Home cup games will be added to the fixture list as applicable after the relevant draws. Tickets must be purchased online, with one ticket per member, and you can pick your seat from the stadium plan. You will be asked to log in as part of the online purchase process, so please have your Membership number to hand.

Applying for tickets: For selected home games, you will need to apply in a ballot for the chance to secure a ticket. You can do this at https://tickets.manutd.com/ballots when applications open. You can also stay up to date with ticket releases by signing up to Ticket Alerts here. Domestic away games and cup finals: Tickets for these games are not available for Official members.
